- must have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or travel industry management
- must have excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the english language
- must have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- must have ability to work holidays, weekdays, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts
- able to negotiate, organize, delegate, manage, and work under pressure
- must have computer literacy with strong experience using microsoft applications
- successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the united states

Job Duties
- select, train, evaluate, lead, and motivate all employees and supervisors in the hotel's rooms division to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
- be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
- attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
- observe physical conditions of facilities and equipment in the housekeeping, front office, and guest services area and make recommendations for corrections
- drive creativity and innovation in guest experience through an innovative style
