Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Hotel supervisory experience required
  • Minimum of two years Front Office Manager experience
  • Minimum of one year in revenue management
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
  • Highly organized
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent business and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced business environment
  • Willingness to participate in community-driven events, charities, chamber of commerce and other local organizations

Job Duties

  • Train associates and managers in each department
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by establishing and maintaining high service standards, monitoring guest feedback, and addressing issues promptly
  • Conduct regular inspections, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
  • Optimize processes by analyzing operational data and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Act as systems matter expert in all rooms related platforms such as PEP, R&I, GRO, and Quore
  • Assist General Manager in emergencies or unforeseen situations
  • Work closely with General Manager, Revenue Manager, and Sales Team to provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends, guest feedback, and market analysis
  • Promote teamwork and associate morale
  • Ensure proper recruiting, interviewing, screening, reference checking, and hiring procedures
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and benefits enrollment
  • Resolve service issues through communication to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure billing reconciliation and follow accounting policies
  • Assist in development of CAPEX requests and budgets
  • Support other leadership team members and managers when needed
