Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • hotel supervisory experience required
  • minimum of two years Front Office Manager experience
  • minimum of one year in revenue management
  • ability to work autonomously
  • trustworthy and results-driven
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to participate in community-driven events and organizations
  • excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • hotel supervisory experience required
  • minimum of two years Front Office Manager experience
  • minimum of one year in revenue management
  • Hilton experience preferred but not required
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent business and analytical skills
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • highly organized with solid oral and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Train associates and managers in each department
  • ensuring exceptional guest experiences by establishing and maintaining high service standards
  • monitoring guest feedback and addressing any issues promptly
  • conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
  • optimize processes by analyzing operational data and identifying areas for improvement
  • act as systems matter expert in rooms related platforms
  • assist General Manager in emergencies or unforeseen situations
  • work with General Manager, Revenue Manager and Sales Team to provide insights and recommendations
  • promote teamwork and associate morale
  • ensure proper recruiting, interviewing, screening, reference checking, and hiring procedures
  • assist with onboarding new employees and benefits enrollment
  • resolve service issues via written communication or phone calls
  • ensure billing is reconciled and follow accounting policies
  • assist in developing requests and budgets for CAPEX
  • support other leadership team members and managers when needed
