Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- ability to use computers and related software

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
- proficiency with computer databases and office software including word processors and spreadsheets

- familiarity with point-of-sale systems an advantage
Job Duties
- enter and retrieve information from computer databases using input devices such as a keyboard and mouse
- update files, records, and reservations
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- transmit information or documentation via computer, mail, or fax
- operate standard office equipment besides computers
- compose letters, memos, and documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
- manage incoming and outgoing mail, date-stamp and distribute incoming mail
- create and maintain filing and organizational systems both electronically and on paper
- collect, copy, classify, and file office activity reports, transaction documents, and other records
- input and locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- ensure professional appearance and confidentiality
- greet guests warmly and anticipate their service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- handle phone calls with appropriate protocol
- build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- support team objectives and respond thoughtfully to coworkers concerns
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- perform reasonable additional duties as assigned by supervisors
