Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in computer data entry and retrieval
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to maintain calm and courteous demeanor
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to remain stationary for extended periods
- Ability to follow security protocols

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and with proper grammar in English
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Basic mathematical skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality position
- Ability to input and access data on computers
- Ability to focus on guest needs and remain calm and courteous
- Ability to promote positive relations with guests and coworkers
- Ability to think clearly, prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Ability to ensure security of guest room access
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide service to guests at a consistent level in accordance with Ojai Valley Inn standards
- Provide information to guest inquiries and coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services courteously and efficiently
- Escort VIPs to assigned guest rooms, informing guests of hotel services, features and room amenities
- Attend immediate needs of VIPs and special attention guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, hours of operation, room types, rates, promotions, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints following procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate guest requests with designated vendors for room accommodations, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services
- Process cashiering duties including processing charges, collecting payments, posting charges, running reports, and securing bank
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and work areas
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
