Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar luxury hotel position
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English
  • Capability to perform basic math
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Ability to follow company standards of presentation and body language

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year previous experience in a similar position at a Four or Five Diamond Hotel
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • Experience training staff members
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and exercise good judgment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • Legible writing ability

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide luggage assistance
  • Park, retrieve, and secure guests' vehicles ensuring valet safety
  • Promote positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Enforce standards of excellence and professionalism
  • Prioritize and delegate work, and coordinate departmental functions
  • Maintain knowledge of scheduled activities, daily arrivals/departures, hotel services and amenities
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
