- must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures
- make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms
- replenish guest room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies
- inspect rooms for damage, maintenance needs, or missing items and report them promptly
- maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and supplies in a neat and organized manner
- follow proper safety and sanitation policies at all times
- respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and hotel standards in all interactions
