Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned area
- enter guest rooms ensuring proper access and vacancy
- replace guest amenities and supplies
- change linens and terry, make beds, and fold terry
- clean bathrooms and remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
- inspect appliances and furnishings for presence and working order
- straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- dust, polish, and clean walls and furnishings
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- follow safety and security policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- assist individuals with disabilities
- support team to reach common goals
- adhere to quality expectations and standards
