Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or food service experience is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
- Approximately one to four weeks of on the job experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dirty dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
- Store dishes and utensils in appropriate areas
- Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
- Assist room service meal delivery by supplying equipment
- Assist with loading and transporting patient tray carts
- Follow cleaning procedures and adhere to department policies
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient food service operations
