Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Possess Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of wine and fine dining helpful
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms promptly and courteously
- Ensure orders are accurate and meet guest expectations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items including wine and fine food
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of room service equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in training new room service staff
