Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver trays and carts with food and beverage items
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong teamwork skills required
Job Duties
- Ensure proper setup and presentation of trays, carts, and in-room dining amenities
- Accurately communicate guest orders to the kitchen and confirm special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area and pantries
- Retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms in a timely manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and efficiency
- Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary
- Assist with the execution and service of The Jefferson Hotel's traditional tea service on the mezzanine
- Uphold The Jefferson Hotel’s service standards at all times
