Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- hospitality or customer service experience
- minimum of 1-year experience in food and beverage operations
- ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- ability to push room service carts
- appropriate footwear for kitchen environment
- ability to maintain sanitary service standards

- ability to handle multiple prioritized tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. standards
- provide guests with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- answer phones using appropriate verbiage
- set up room service orders in a thorough and swift manner
- promptly deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms and pool deck
- provide thorough and exceptional service to guests without drop and fly service
- set up and deliver all amenities in a timely manner
- assist restaurant service staff as needed
- explain all menu items and upsell as warranted
- execute all financial transactions
- stock and polish items needed for service
- napkin folding
- collect and clear all trays from guest room floors and pool deck
- maintain service and sanitation standards according to health code regulations
