Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and communicate effectively with patients
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift up to 35 lbs for clinical staff and 50 lbs for non-clinical staff
- Ability to speak and hear clearly
- Must adhere to HACCP and regulatory agency policies

Job Duties
- Delivers room service meals to patients within 45 minutes of the order being placed
- Assists patients by setting up room service trays within reach
- Properly identifies patients using two identifiers prior to tray delivery
- Communicates effectively with Call Center and Room Service Shift Supervisor regarding patient needs, complaints, and tray errors
- Assists in orienting patients and guests to room service procedures and provides bedside ordering assistance for patients with special needs
- Collects payment for guest trays and delivers money to cashier as per policy
- Maintains cleanliness and stock levels in patient nourishment and waiting areas
- Collects dirty trays from patient rooms and coordinates exchanges for clean carts with Dish Room Attendant
