Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables promptly and perform other food service related tasks including general cleaning and setup
- Serve water, bread, and coffee, and greet guests by name when possible during meal service
- Stack trays properly for server efficiency and ensure safety standards are met at all times
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable items, breaking down merchandise, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to appropriate locations, locking fridges, replenishing items, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist
- Establish, store, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all porcelain, glass, and silverware before use
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practice clean procedures during cleaning, and comply with health and safety standards
