Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables in the outlet and perform other food service-related tasks including general cleaning and setup
- Serve water, bread, and coffee, and greet guests by name whenever possible during meal service
- Stack trays properly for effective unloading by servers and ensure safety standards are followed at all times
- Complete closing tasks including storing reusable items, breaking down stock, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to appropriate locations, locking refrigerators, replenishing items, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist
- Set up, store, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glassware, and silverware before use
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout the day and comply with health and safety standards
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and attend to all guests per company standards
- Anticipate and meet guest service needs
- Express sincere gratitude to guests
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

- Read and visually verify information in various formats such as small print
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire shifts

- Navigate sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as stairs and service ramps
- Reach above head and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and leaning
- Perform other reasonable work duties as assigned by supervisors.
