Job Duties
- provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- clean and set up tables in the outlet
- serve water, bread, and coffee
- greet guests by name during meal service
- stack trays properly for efficient unloading
- complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment and areas
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
