Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to navigate uneven, slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps
- Ability to reach above the head and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and leaning
- Ability to communicate in clear and professional language

Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables and perform other related food service tasks including general cleaning and setup
- Serve water, bread, and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient unloading by servers and maintain appropriate safety standards
- Complete closing tasks including storing reusable merchandise, breaking down supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking items, locking refrigerators, turning off lights, securing doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and inspect porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
- Comply with all company safety policies, maintain a neat and professional appearance, keep proprietary information confidential, and protect company assets
- Welcome and attend to guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guest service needs, and sincerely thank guests
- Develop positive working relationships with coworkers, support the team to achieve common goals, and communicate clearly and professionally
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for prolonged periods, and moving objects up to 50 pounds, navigate uneven surfaces, stairs, and ramps, and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
