Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or room service preferred

Job Duties
- Answer in-room dining calls promptly and professionally
- Accurately record guest food and beverage orders and input into POS system
- Communicate effectively with kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Deliver food and beverage orders professionally to guest rooms
- Restock room service equipment and supplies
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and dietary accommodations
- Follow up on orders to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and allergens
- Assist with order packing and tray setup during peak hours
- Monitor inventory and notify manager of shortages
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned
- Provide lateral service and various related tasks as needed to ensure exceptional guest service
