Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- high School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to obtain a food handler's card
- ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License
- requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise

Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders from the kitchen to guest rooms
- ensures meal is received in a timely manner
- ensures all guests have a fantastic first and last impression through outstanding guest service relations
- maintains cleanliness of workstation, menus and all other tools necessary for the position
- answers the telephone and provides excellent phone etiquette
- performs financial transactions and processes guest payment for the goods and services delivered
- upholds a safe and sanitary work environment
- promotes the Big Six
- encourages a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
