Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
- Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise

- Ability to obtain a food handler's card
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
- This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required
Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders from the kitchen to guest rooms
- Ensures meal is received in a timely manner
- Ensures all guests have a fantastic first and last impression through outstanding guest service relations
- Maintains cleanliness of workstation, menus and all other tools necessary for the position
- Answers the telephone and provides excellent phone etiquette
- Performs financial transactions and processes guest payment for the goods and services delivered
- Upholds a safe and sanitary work environment
- Promotes the Big Six
- encourages a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
