Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Answer calls promptly and take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Deliver meals from kitchen to guest rooms on time and with professionalism
  • Process payments and ensure transaction accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, menus, and tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room service operations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
