Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Answer calls promptly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals from kitchen to guest rooms on time and with professionalism
- Process payments and ensure transaction accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, menus, and tools
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room service operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
