Job Requirements

- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Answer calls promptly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals to guest rooms on time with professional presentation
- Process payments accurately ensuring every transaction is correct
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, menus, and tools
- Provide exceptional guest service creating positive first and last impressions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during service delivery
