Job Duties
- Answer calls promptly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals from kitchen to guest rooms on time with professionalism
- Process payments and ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation, menus, and tools
- Provide exceptional guest service, creating a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate orders
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
