Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior supervisory experience required
- No certifications required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, reaching, and bending
- Ability to read and visually verify information
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to perform assigned additional reasonable job duties
- Must work full time at the Bellevue location
- Must comply with all company safety protocols and policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform fine motor tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds independently
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Commitment to supporting coworkers and maintaining a respectful workplace culture
Job Duties
- Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, dismantling displays, cleaning equipment and work areas, securing refrigerators and locking doors
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the day by performing ongoing cleaning procedures
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance and safety issues, and complete safety training
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards
- Greet guests according to company standards and communicate professionally over the phone
- Perform other reasonable work duties as assigned by supervisors
