Job Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
  • one or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
  • demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry
  • demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
  • demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
  • successful completion of bloodborne pathogens and hazardous material training
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • ability to perform physical exertion including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds to stack, store, or move kitchen, restaurant, or general office supplies and equipment
  • flexibility to work additional hours as required

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
  • one or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
  • experience in order taking and cashiering is preferred
  • demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Committed to providing the highest level of customer service and upholding 4-star service standards
  • possess excellent customer service and communication skills in order to develop good relationships with all guests and co-workers
  • communicates professionally and accurately with guests and co-workers, both over the phone and in person
  • extremely knowledgeable about the in-room dining menu in order to answer any and all questions guests may have
  • takes complete and accurate orders efficiently and with attention to detail
  • provides guests with accurate information about the in-room dining meal delivery
  • proficient in entering in-room dining orders into the point-of-sale system
  • prioritizes and works effectively in a fast-paced environment
