Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
- one or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
- demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry
- demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
- demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- successful completion of bloodborne pathogens and hazardous material training
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to perform physical exertion including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds to stack, store, or move kitchen, restaurant, or general office supplies and equipment
- flexibility to work additional hours as required
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
- one or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
- experience in order taking and cashiering is preferred
- demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English
- excellent customer service skills
Job Duties

- possess excellent customer service and communication skills in order to develop good relationships with all guests and co-workers
- communicates professionally and accurately with guests and co-workers, both over the phone and in person
- extremely knowledgeable about the in-room dining menu in order to answer any and all questions guests may have
- takes complete and accurate orders efficiently and with attention to detail
- provides guests with accurate information about the in-room dining meal delivery
- proficient in entering in-room dining orders into the point-of-sale system
- prioritizes and works effectively in a fast-paced environment
