Job Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
  • One or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
  • Experience in order taking and cashiering is preferred
  • Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
  • Ability to perform physical exertion including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to stack, store, or move kitchen, restaurant, or general office supplies and equipment
  • Availability for a flexible workweek with additional hours occasionally required
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
  • One or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
  • Experience in order taking and cashiering is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry
  • Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
  • Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
  • Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English
  • Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Committed to providing the highest level of customer service and upholding 4-star service standards
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills in order to develop good relationships with all guests and co-workers
  • Communicates professionally and accurately with guests and co-workers, both over the phone and in person
  • Extremely knowledgeable about the in-room dining menu in order to answer any and all questions guests may have
  • Takes complete and accurate orders efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Provides guests with accurate information about the in-room dining meal delivery
  • Proficient in entering in-room dining orders into the point-of-sale system
