Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
- One or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
- Experience in order taking and cashiering is preferred
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
- Ability to perform physical exertion including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to stack, store, or move kitchen, restaurant, or general office supplies and equipment
- Availability for a flexible workweek with additional hours occasionally required
- Regular and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience
- One or more years of recent and related food and beverage experience, preferably within a hospitality or gaming environment
- Experience in order taking and cashiering is preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry
- Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
- Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure
- Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer service and upholding 4-star service standards
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills in order to develop good relationships with all guests and co-workers
- Communicates professionally and accurately with guests and co-workers, both over the phone and in person
- Extremely knowledgeable about the in-room dining menu in order to answer any and all questions guests may have
- Takes complete and accurate orders efficiently and with attention to detail
- Provides guests with accurate information about the in-room dining meal delivery
- Proficient in entering in-room dining orders into the point-of-sale system
