Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or room service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties
- Answer calls promptly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals from kitchen to guests with timely and professional service
- Process payments and ensure transaction accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, menus, and service tools
- Provide exceptional guest service to create memorable experiences
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues courteously
