Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or hospital dietary office setting
- valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
- excellent reasoning skills
- strong communication abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Instruct patients on using the Room Service meal ordering system
- assess patients' ability to utilize the Room Service System
- assist patients with placing meal orders
- review diet basics related to personalized menus with patients
- deliver and retrieve room service trays
- complete required Room Service reports
- resolve issues affecting patient meal delivery
- act as liaison between patients and other departments
