Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- basic computer skills
- telephone etiquette skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to handle phone orders
- experience in food service or customer care preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to stand and sit for extended periods
- ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 10 pounds
Job Qualifications

- telephone etiquette skills
- experience in food service preferred
- experience in customer service preferred
- experience in patient care setting preferred
Job Duties
- Provides an excellent customer service experience when the patients are making menu selections
- take food orders over the phone
- make selections into the electronic meal selection, and updating and recording patient information
- corrects menu choices based on meal patterns, allergies and patient preferences
- trouble-shoots issues at the point of service affecting patient satisfaction with the food service
- may perform other duties as assigned
