Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage operational and human resource tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Strong leadership and team motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality service culture and standards
  • Ability to perform operational and human resources management functions

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
  • Lead specific team efforts while assisting with property goals
  • Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
  • Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
  • Assist employees in understanding and exceeding guest expectations
  • Perform hourly job functions as needed
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet guest and operational goals
