Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage operational and human resource tasks effectively
Job Qualifications

- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area

- Knowledge of hospitality service culture and standards
- Ability to perform operational and human resources management functions
Job Duties
- Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
- Lead specific team efforts while assisting with property goals
- Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
- Assist employees in understanding and exceeding guest expectations
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet guest and operational goals
