Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field with 2 years experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments and teams
- Proficiency in monitoring guest satisfaction and employee feedback
- Availability for full-time work
- Willingness to perform operational tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial and performance data
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Experience with scheduling and staffing in hospitality environments
Job Duties
- Manage operations of Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments
- Lead and motivate rooms operations team to meet goals and provide excellent service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and employee feedback, developing plans to improve areas of need
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to optimize guest service and operational efficiency
- Handle hiring processes, orientation, and employee development activities
- Ensure compliance with property standards, policies, and procedures
- Participate in financial reviews and quality audits to maximize departmental profitability
