Job Requirements

  • Front desk and/or housekeeping leadership experience required
  • prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
  • desire to develop and coach associates
  • ability to creatively problem solve and execute against strategy

Job Duties

  • Carry out all supervisory duties for departments overseen, provide leadership and training to front desk agents and supervisors, create proactive hiring plans and assist in hourly interviews, provide the highest quality of service to guests and ensure associates do the same, act as an ambassador of the establishment, perform hands-on duties including financials, payroll, and scheduling, creatively problem solve and execute strategy to deliver results
