Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel room attendant role preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality or guest services focusing on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning procedures and safety regulations
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items as needed
  • Inspecting room equipment and furniture and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms
  • Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Providing courteous and professional service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
  • Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure timely restocking
  • Preparing rooms for new guests to meet hotel standards of cleanliness and comfort
