Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong physical capability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills

- Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and move furniture when required
Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms including making beds replacing linens cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and replenishing amenities
- Maintain all areas to Hyatt's cleanliness and presentation standards
- Restock carts and housekeeping supplies as needed
- Respond to guest requests promptly courteously and professionally
- Report maintenance issues damaged items or safety concerns
- Follow all safety sanitation chemical handling and equipment procedures
- Ensure lost and found items are properly logged and delivered to the appropriate team
- Support colleagues and maintain a positive collaborative department culture
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks and additional assignments as directed
- Uphold confidentiality and security of all guest information
