Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning may be required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift moderate weight
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow cleaning procedures and standards

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms according to procedures and standards
- Change sheets, make beds and vacuum stay-over and check-out guest rooms
- Dust all surfaces including tables, nightstands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air condition units, and window ledges
- Clean all mirrors
- Notify guest services when service is complete so rooms may be sold
- Report rooms unable to be serviced within time standards to supervisor
- Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor
- Respond promptly to guest, supervisor, or management requests
- Maintain linen cart and supplies neat and organized
- Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies
- Report lost and found articles to supervisor
- Replace light bulbs
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, and linen
- Follow procedures for team cleaning and self-inspecting program
- Keep maid station clean and organized
- Make rollaway beds
- Provide a professional image through appearance and dress
- Follow company policies and procedures
