Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel scheduling needs
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including proper uniform and name tag
- Comply with company standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations
- Thoroughly clean and restock required number of guest rooms per shift
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including replenishing guest and cleaning supplies and setting up housekeeping cart
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint or furniture, and rehanging doors
- Disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms if necessary for deep cleaning
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
