Job Requirements

  • Experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel scheduling needs
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including proper uniform and name tag
  • Comply with company standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Thoroughly clean and restock required number of guest rooms per shift
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties including replenishing guest and cleaning supplies and setting up housekeeping cart
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint or furniture, and rehanging doors
  • Disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms if necessary for deep cleaning
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
