Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Commitment to safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, house laundry, stairways, exterior according to company standards and within required time frames
  • Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry in guest rooms and restrooms
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal area
  • Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment
  • Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner
  • Adhere strictly to safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, guest safety, and company property
  • Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, damage, or accidents
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store company linen and terry
  • Clean and organize house and commercial laundry areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
