Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Must comply with safety and security policies
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures
- Clean hallways and public areas regularly
- Service guest rooms daily including changing bed linens
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities as per company standards
- Stock cleaning cart with room supplies before rounds
- Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as needed
- Follow safety and security procedures strictly
