Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferably in a hotel setting
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong passion for teamwork
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
  • Good physical stamina and mobility

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn down service as needed
