Job Requirements

  • Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning duties including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of cleaning products and safety procedures
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is advantageous

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift moderate weight

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turndown service as needed
