Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently during shifts
- Self-motivated with clear communication skills

- Knowledge of proper cleaning and chemical use
- Must comply with safety and health policies
- Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Meet, greet and assist Pebble Beach Company staff, vendors, guests and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms including floors, sinks, toilets, showers and bathtubs
- Organize and replenish housekeeping carts with supplies such as linen, coffee, tea, amenities, and cleaning chemicals
- Perform special projects involving detailed cleaning
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, artwork, and brass using appropriate chemicals
- Make beds to established standards and inspect linens and amenities before placement
- Coordinate removal of stained or damaged linens with houseman
- Deliver exceptional stay-over service by caring for guests' belongings and replenishing room supplies
- Remove soiled linen and garbage from rooms and report room service dirty dish pickups
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas including lobby, hallways, restrooms, patios, and employee locker rooms
- Patrol public areas to ensure highest quality cleaning and replenish paper, soap, and linen supplies
- Perform nightly turndown service and ice delivery, including replenishing amenities and refreshing bathrooms
- Report inventory, supply, or maintenance issues promptly to management
- Maintain organized storage closets and ensure confidentiality
- Cross-train and fill in roles like House Attendant and Runner when needed
- Comply with all safety and health policies
- Attend department meetings and report suspicious activities or emergencies
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
