Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of relevant experience in housekeeping or room attendant role
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

At least one year of room attendant or housekeeping experience
Customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
Demonstrated commitment to quality and dependability

Job Duties

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
Dispose of trash and recyclables
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Perform guest turn down service as needed
