Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in housekeeping or room attendant role
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of room attendant or housekeeping experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and dependability

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn down service as needed
