Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a hotel room attendant at a similar size property
- ability to provide exceptional guest service
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work full availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- perform guest turn down service as needed
