Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to adhere to Hilton’s core values and standards of conduct

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a hotel room attendant
  • Ability to work full availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn down service as needed
