- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly
- ability to stand during entire shift
- effective verbal and written communication skills with employees and guests
- able to work within scheduled hours between 8am-7pm
- must be able to work any day of the week

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- keep all hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use
- replenish chemical bottles
- report all missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- handle items for lost and found according to standards
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- work within scheduled hours between 8am-7pm, including variations Monday-Saturday and Sunday
- available to work any day of the week
