Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
- ability to stand during entire shift
- effective verbal and written communication skills

- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen set-up
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day use
- replenish chemical bottles
- report all missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- report any maintenance repairs immediately
- handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
