Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting bending standing kneeling and pushing carts up to 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Willingness to follow safety and security protocols
- Basic understanding of chemical handling and cleaning equipment
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required we will train the right people
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to lift bend stand kneel and push carts up to 50lbs throughout the day
- Positive attitude team spirit and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varied shifts
Job Duties
- Clean and reset guest rooms to Renaissance brand standards including making beds replacing linens and dusting surfaces
- Sanitize and refresh bathrooms replenish amenities and ensure everything is spotless and guest-ready
- Vacuum hallways clean common areas and ensure guest-facing spaces always look their best
- Remove trash and used items with care and efficiency
- Report any maintenance needs damages or safety concerns promptly to engineering or supervisors
- Handle guest requests with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Follow established protocols for guest privacy room entry and security standards
- Practice safe handling of chemicals and equipment
- Communicate with housekeeping leaders and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Take pride in meeting daily room quotas and supporting the team wherever needed
