Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Physical ability to perform manual labor required

Job Duties
- Change sheets and make beds in stay over and check out guest rooms
- Vacuum guest rooms
- Dust tables, night stands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air conditioning units, and window ledges
- Clean all mirrors
- Notify guest services or housekeeping lead upon completion of room cleaning
- Report any rooms unable to be serviced within the appropriate time standards
- Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the supervisor
- Respond to guest, supervisor, or management requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain linen cart and supplies organized according to department standards
- Secure equipment, keys, and issued supplies daily
- Report lost and found articles to supervisor
- Replace light bulbs
- Transport trash and waste to disposal areas
- Replenish supplies such as glasses, writing materials, bathroom items, and linen
- Clean rooms in accordance with brand and company standards
- Follow team cleaning and self-inspection procedures
- Respond quickly and politely to guest requests, report complaints or requests to appropriate departments, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep maid station clean and organized
- Make rollaway beds
- Maintain professional appearance and dress
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
