- basic english communication skills

Job Duties
- maintain clean and attractive guestrooms including making beds and changing linens
- clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guestrooms to meet or exceed hotel standards
- ensure windows are shining and towels are folded correctly
- restock supplies and organize closets with appropriate hangers
- prepare housekeeping closet and cart areas for daily tasks
- assist coworkers by pitching in, training new staff, and participating in department events
- greet guests warmly and follow hotel safety and security policies
