Job Requirements

  • Must have prior cleaning experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong command of English
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior cleaning experience
  • Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English including speaking, reading and writing
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Physical capability to perform housekeeping tasks

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Provide welcoming and exceptional service to guests
  • Ensure guest rooms are comfortable, clean, and inviting
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding their needs
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed
  • Support team efforts to deliver a high-quality guest experience
